Characteristics
1. Excellent scouring, detergency, and superior wetting properties;
2. Suitable for use as a scouring and deterging agent for natural fibers, synthetic fibers, and their blended fabrics;
3. Exceptional emulsifying performance, delivering superior removal of oil-based agents and waxes;
4. Good dispersibility, which can prevent oil-based agents and other substances from adhering to the cylinder or recontaminating the fabric surface;
5. Resistant to hard water, alkali, oxidizing agents, and reducing bleaching agents.
Application
XH-2315 is an ideal formulation of emulsifiers and surfactants, suitable for multi-purpose scouring and degreasing of cellulose fibers such as cotton, synthetic fibers, or blended fabrics. The recommended dosage is typically 0.5–3 g/L, with the option for customers to make appropriate adjustments based on trial results.
Reference Process
1. Scouring/degreasing of knitted or woven fabrics
XH-2315: 0.5–3.0 g/L
2. Batch Refining/Bleaching
The dosage depends on the type of fabric and the degree of soiling; generally, it is recommended to
XH-2315: 0.5–3.0 g/L
NaOH: 1.0–3.0 g/L
H2O2 (50%): 3.0–8.0 g/L
Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer: 0.2–0.5 g/L
Liquor ratio: 1:10; soak at 98–80°C for 30–60 minutes; rinse with hot water, then with cold water.
3. Refining of Regenerated Fibers
XH-2315: 0.5–1.0 g/L
Soda ash: 1.0–2.0 g/L
60–80°C for 20 minutes, followed by hot-water wash and cold-water wash.
