Technical Indicators
Chemical composition: Modified colloidal polysilicic acid
Ionic nature: cation
Appearance: Milky white liquid
pH: 3.5–5.0
Compatibility: Can be used in the same bath as most nonionic and cationic textile auxiliaries commonly employed in resin finishing; when using this product in combination with other products, preliminary testing is recommended.
Generally stable in hard water and in the presence of metal salts, but unstable in alkaline media.
Performance Features
1. After finishing, fabric slippage can be reduced or prevented, and tear strength can be improved; in particular, it is highly effective in correcting slippage caused by excessive alkali reduction or overuse of silicone oil.
2. Greatly improves yarn slip resistance and sewing strength.
Storage property
When stored properly in a dry, shaded environment at 5–30°C in a sealed container, this product has a shelf life of at least 24 months.
Once the packaging drum is opened, it should be used up as soon as possible; if it is not fully used, it must be tightly sealed.
Process Usage
1. For resin finishing: 30–50 g/L of anti-slip agent XH-100
2. For lining
Dry cloth finishing, 20–30 g/L, anti-slip agent XH-100
Wet-press finishing: 20–60 g/L; anti-slip agent XH-100
Impregnate and roll in the working solution (liquor pickup: 70%–80%), then dry at 120–150°C.
