Reference Process

Enzyme dosage: 1.0–3.0%
Bath ratio: 6:1–15:1 L/kg of fabric
Processing time: 60–120 minutes (depending on the process and fabric)
Operating temperature: 40–60°C; optimal temperature: 45–55°C.
pH: 4.5–6.0; optimal pH: 4.8–5.5
Inactivation: Wash for at least 10 minutes at 70–80°C using a 1–2 g/L sodium carbonate solution (pH ≥ 10).

Precautions

The enzyme dosage and treatment time shall be determined by the user in accordance with the requirements of the processing sample. Before adding the enzyme to the production equipment, ensure that the temperature, pH, and other process parameters are within the enzyme’s optimal operating range. When using the enzyme in the same bath as chemical auxiliaries, prioritize nonionic auxiliaries to avoid reducing enzyme activity.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 6 months when sealed.
