Note: The use of a nonionic wetting agent during enzyme scouring can ensure thorough penetration of the enzyme solution, resulting in improved desizing performance.
Jig dyeing machine: Set the desired temperature and run 2–4 passes. Pad–stack/pad–roll: Ensure thorough liquor uptake and a stacking time of 2–24 hours. The stacking time should be determined based on the enzyme dosage, fabric type, type and amount of sizing agent, and stacking temperature.
Calendering and steaming: Ensure thorough liquid pickup. The calendering and steaming time should be adjusted based on the difficulty of desizing and the dosage of WT-A.

Wide-Temperature Desizing Enzyme WT-B

During the weaving process, yarns are typically sized to enhance weaving efficiency; among sizing agents, starch-based sizes are the preferred choice for cotton, cellulose fibers, and blended fabrics.
To ensure effective fabric pretreatment and the smooth execution of subsequent dyeing and other finishing processes, it is essential to thoroughly and uniformly remove sizing agents from the fabric. The removal of sizing agents enhances the fabric’s wettability, thereby achieving satisfactory dyeing and printing results. Inadequate removal of sizing agents can lead to uneven dyeing, inter-batch color variations, and defects in printing.
High-concentration desizing enzyme WT-B is a broad-temperature amylase that effectively removes starch-based sizing agents. It acts exclusively on starch sizes and therefore does not adversely affect the fibers.
