Characteristics
Appearance: Brown-green liquid
Specific gravity: 1.0–1.1
pH: 6.0 ± 0.5

Advantages
1. Deoxygenase XH-1926 ensures consistent removal of bleaching agents, enabling highly reproducible batch-to-batch dyeing.
2. Deoxygenase XH-1926 is an effective and durable product specifically designed for the removal of residual hydrogen peroxide, requiring significantly lower water and energy consumption compared with conventional methods that rely on reducing agents or water rinsing.
3. Reliable removal of bleach is ensured under a wide range of temperature, pH, and hydrogen peroxide concentration conditions.
4. Consistently removes bleach, ensuring highly consistent batch-to-batch dyeing reproducibility, and effectively eliminates hydrogen peroxide at concentrations as high as 1000 ppm.
5. Compared with methods that use reducing agents and water rinsing, the use of oxygen-degrading enzyme XH-1926 significantly reduces energy and water consumption; for every ton of fabric produced, enzymatic removal of bleaching agents can save up to 20,000 liters of water.
6. Environmentally friendly: after treatment, it decomposes into natural water and oxygen.

Precautions

· When the hydrogen peroxide concentration exceeds 1000 ppm, the enzymatic activity is significantly reduced;
· After treatment with deoxygenase XH-1926, it is recommended to drain the water before proceeding with subsequent dyeing or other processes;
· After treatment with deoxygenase XH-1926 for 10–20 minutes, the residual oxygen concentration can be tested using MDRCK hydrogen peroxide test strips to determine whether it is within the optimal range for dyeing.

Deoxygenase XH-1926

Deoxygenase XH-1926 is an industrial-grade enzyme preparation produced by deep fermentation of genetically modified Aspergillus niger. It is primarily used for biological decontamination following oxygen bleaching in textile dyeing and printing plants, effectively addressing the issue of “color mottling” caused by residual hydrogen peroxide that interferes with dyeing. This enzyme rapidly decomposes hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen, exhibiting high specificity—acting exclusively on hydrogen peroxide while having no adverse effects on fabrics or dyes. The standard product has an activity of 50,000 U/mL.
