Scope of Application
1. It also imparts an exceptionally excellent hand feel when used in cotton fabric finishing.
2. Ultra-soft finishing for pure cotton or blended denim, leaving the fabric soft to the touch without any greasiness.
3. The color fades slightly; elasticity remains unaffected.
Application
1. Can be used directly, or diluted before use.
2. Can be compounded with other softening agents.
3. Ultra-soft finishing for various types of fabrics,
4. Suitable for softening finishes on light-colored fabrics, with low yellowing and no silicone spotting.
Reference Process
Pad–roll process: Recommended dosage is 10–30 g/L (adjust up or down based on desired hand feel).
Impregnation process: Recommended dosage is 0.5–2% (o.w.f); the amount may be increased or decreased based on desired hand feel.
Precautions: Avoid using this product in the same bath as anionic substances; if use is necessary, conduct a small-scale test run beforehand.
