Scope of Application
1. A self-crosslinking reactive silicone emulsion that forms a unique, stable, elastic film under high-temperature conditions.
2. Imparts excellent elastic hand to the fabric, making it suitable for textiles that require a highly elastic feel.
3. Enhance the fabric’s burst strength, reduce wrinkling, and prevent hem curling.
4. Imparts instant hydrophilicity and an ultra-dry, crisp hand feel to cotton fabrics.
5. Exhibits excellent application stability and has minimal impact on fabric color.

Application

· Can be compounded with other softening agents.
· Ultra-soft finishing for various fabrics,
· Suitable for softening finishes on light-colored fabrics, with low yellowing and no silicone spotting.

Reference Process

Pad–roll process: Recommended dosage is 10–50 g/L (adjust up or down based on desired hand feel).
Precautions: Avoid using this product in the same bath as anionic substances; if such use is necessary, conduct a small-scale test run first.
