Scope of Application
High-concentration fluffing and softening agent is suitable for fluffing and softening treatments of various yarns and fabrics, including polyester, polyester-cotton, cotton, and artificial cotton. It delivers particularly excellent results on 100% cotton denim, polyester-cotton denim, and other woven and knitted garments. It can also be used for softening and smoothing cotton shirting and casual wear, enhancing hand feel. When used in overflow dyeing machines, it does not cause oil floating. The finishing effect depends on the formulation and dosage level.
Application
1. Imparts a natural cotton-like feel to the fabric, with a fluffy and smooth texture.
2. Suitable for treating cotton and its blended fabrics; for example, it delivers excellent post-wash finishing results on denim.
3. Convenient to use—no dissolution required; simply add water and dilute directly.
Reference Process
When used as a fluffing agent for fabrics, denim, and other textiles, the recommended dosage is as follows:
Pad-dyeing process: 10–100 g/L
Impregnation process: 1–3 g/L
For special types of fabrics or specific hand-feel requirements, the actual dosage may be appropriately increased or decreased.
Precautions
It is recommended to conduct a compatibility test prior to large-scale use.
