Scope of Application
1. Silicone oil with a unique chemical structure exhibits high chemical stability and high physical stability.
2. Excellent shear resistance and pH stability, making it suitable for use in cylinder machining processes to minimize issues such as scuffing and creasing.
3. Exhibits high permeability and hydrophilicity, imparting a soft, smooth hand to various fabrics.
4. Compatible with various auxiliaries, such as scouring agents, leveling agents, fixing agents, silicone oils, and others.

Application

· Can be compounded with other softening agents.
· Ultra-soft finishing for various fabrics,
· Suitable for softening finishes on light-colored fabrics, with low yellowing and no silicone spotting.

Reference Process

Pad–roll process: Recommended dosage is 5–40 g/L (adjust according to desired hand feel).
Impregnation process: Recommended dosage is 1–3% (o.w.f); the amount may be increased or decreased based on desired hand feel.

Precautions

Avoid using this product in the same bath as anionic substances; if use is necessary, conduct a small-scale test first.
