Scope of Application
1. Suitable for smoothing and softening treatments of various polyester-cotton blends, polyester-acrylic blends, and other polyester-containing blended fabrics.
2. Suitable for softening and smoothing treatments of various polyester fabrics, particularly polyester pile fabrics.
3. Suitable for softening and smoothing treatments of various woven and knitted cotton fabrics.
Application
· Can be compounded with other softening agents.
· Smooth and soft finishing treatments for various fabrics.
· Suitable for softening finishes on light-colored fabrics, with no silicone staining or color variation.
· Simple to use; can be diluted directly with water.
Reference Process
Pad–roll process: Recommended dosage is 10–40 g/L (adjust up or down based on desired hand feel).
Impregnation process: Recommended dosage is 0.5–2% (o.w.f); the amount may be increased or decreased based on desired hand feel.
Precautions
It is recommended to conduct a compatibility test prior to large-scale use.
