4. Resistant to hard water, alkali, oxidizing agents, and reducing bleaching agents.

Process Application
1. Conventional Process
Strong emulsifier XH-2312: 0.5–1 g/L
Chelating dispersant: 1–2 g/L
Liquid caustic soda: 3–5 g/L
Hydrogen peroxide (27.5%): 0–8 g/L
Temperature/Time: 95–125°C × 20–40 min
2. Except for the old oil silk process
Strong emulsifier XH-2312: 1–2 g/L
Degreasing gauze agent: 1–2 g/L
Finishing agent XH-2311: 1 g/L
Liquid caustic soda: 3–10 g/L
Hydrogen peroxide (27.5%): 0–8 g/L
Temperature/Time: 95–125°C × 40 min
