Product Features
1. This product exhibits superior application performance compared with conventional high-temperature leveling agents, enabling shorter dyeing processes, rapid polyester dyeing, and enhanced dyeing efficiency.
2. This product exhibits exceptionally strong dispersion and transfer properties, resulting in excellent color uniformity in the final product and minimal defects such as color mottling and streaking.
3. Excellent dyeing uniformity, with effective control over color mottling during temperature ramping at various temperatures, and outstanding leveling properties.
4. Low foaming, excellent detergency, and does not stick to the tank.

Scope of Application

Suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure overflow, jet, and rope dyeing of polyester and blended fabrics.

Process Application

High-concentration products can be diluted 1:2 to 1:4 before use, with a dosage of 0.5–2.0 g/L.
The dosage of auxiliaries and the dyeing time shall be determined specifically based on the dyes used and the desired color.
