Product Features
1. Combines dispersion, leveling, and dye migration into one, serving both as a leveling agent and a repair agent.
2. Exhibits exceptional dye transferability, effectively addressing the repair of various dyeing defects in polyester and its blended fabrics after dyeing.
3. Exhibits exceptional dispersibility and effective removal of oligomers, thereby preventing color differences and staining between the inner and outer layers of tube yarn.
4. It can improve the uniformity and reproducibility of dyed fabrics and reduce variations in color between the edges and the center of the fabric.
5. Low odor, easy to clean, minimal color fading, and the color and gloss remain essentially unchanged after rework.
6. It can also be used as a dyeing promoter for low-temperature dyeing or for fabrics that are difficult to dye.
7. Alkaline dyeing process suitable for disperse dyes, with low foaming.

Scope of Application

Suitable for dyeing polyester twisted fabrics and high-density polyester fabrics, particularly well-suited for dyeing with high-fastness dyes and for alkaline dyeing processes.

Process Application

1. Can be used as a leveling agent for disperse dyeing or as a rework agent for dyeing defects (color mottling, color spots, and color stains).
High-efficiency leveling and repair agent: 1–3 g/L
pH: Adjust as needed
Disperse dye: X% (o.w.f)
Temperature/Time: 125–135°C × 40–60 min
2. Suitable for alkaline dyeing with disperse dyes.
