3. Exhibits excellent wetting properties and delivers outstanding emulsifying and refining performance across the entire temperature range.
4. The treated fabric exhibits excellent whiteness, effectively preventing the occurrence of yellow spots and surface unevenness.
5. Resistant to hard water, acids, alkalis, oxidizing agents, and reducing bleaching agents.

Scope of Application
Suitable for continuous, semi-continuous, or batch scouring and degreasing of various natural fibers, synthetic fibers, and their blended woven or knitted fabrics.
Process Application
1. One-bath hydrogen peroxide bleaching process
Finishing agent XH-2311: 1–2 g/L
Chelating dispersant: 1–2 g/L
Hydrogen peroxide (27.5%): 5–8 g/L
Soda ash/liquid caustic soda: 2–5 g/L
Temperature/Time: 60–100°C × 30 min
2. Refining and degreasing of synthetic fibers, cellulosic fibers, and their blended fabrics
Finishing agent XH-2311: 1–2 g/L
Chelating dispersant: 2–3 g/L
Liquid caustic soda: 2–5 g/L
Temperature/Time: 60–100°C × 30–40 min
3. Continuous scouring and desizing of synthetic fibers and spandex-containing fibers
Finishing agent XH-2311: 5–8 g/L
Chelating dispersant: 2–4 g/L
Liquid caustic soda: 2–6 g/L
Temperature: 60–98°C
