Product Features
1. A reasonable HLB value imparts exceptional emulsifying power and a broad range of applications to the product.
2. A stable diffuse double layer is formed on the surface of the synthetic fiber oil, preventing the oil agent from coalescing and re-adhering to the fabric surface.
3. It can spontaneously emulsify with silicone oil, and the resulting micelles help prevent the coalescence and precipitation of silicone oil in water.
4. It can be used for one-bath dyeing with reactive, disperse, acid, and cationic dyes, and acts as a solubilizing aid for the dyes.
5. During one-bath dyeing, it does not affect the shade and hue of the fabric, while also preventing color streaks caused by oil-based auxiliaries re-adsorbing onto the fabric.
6. Exhibits excellent salt and alkali resistance.

Scope of Application

Suitable for the pretreatment of various fabrics to prevent re-staining by synthetic fiber oil agents; can be used in one-bath scouring and dyeing processes for disperse dyes, acid dyes, reactive dyes, and cationic dyes; and can be applied directly after silicone oil finishing or water-repellent finishing for color correction.

Process Application

1. Pre-treatment process: 1–2 g/L
2. One-bath dyeing and padding process: 1–2 g/L
3. Color correction after silicone oil finishing: 2–3 g/L
4. Color fixing after waterproofing treatment: ≥3 g/L
