Product Features
1. Significantly enhances the wet fastness of nylon dyed with acid dyes, particularly wash fastness, sweat fastness, and water immersion fastness.
2. It exhibits excellent dye-blocking properties and can be used in cotton dyeing of nylon/cotton fabrics to prevent reactive dyes from staining the nylon.
3. Compatible with anionic substances, incompatible with cationic substances, limitedly compatible with nonionic substances, and resistant to hard water.
4. Has minimal impact on color, lightfastness, and hand feel.

Scope of Application

Suitable for acid dyeing and post-print color-fixing treatments of nylon and its blended fabrics; particularly recommended for fixing bright shades.

Process Application

Acid Dye Fixation Process
Step 1: After dyeing is complete, heat at 60°C for 10 minutes, then drain.
Step 2: Nylon color-fixing agent XH-3316: 1–3% (o.w.f.) (no need to adjust the dye bath pH).
Temperature/Time: 80°C × 30 min
Step 3: 50°C for 10 minutes → Drain
Step 4: 45°C for 10 minutes → Drain
