3. Exhibits excellent removal performance for oil-based finishes and waxes, thereby enhancing the fabric’s water absorbency and dyeing uniformity.
4. Exhibits superior emulsifying, dispersing, and degreasing performance under alkaline conditions.

A pretreatment process for synthetic fibers and their blended or interwoven fabrics, delivering outstanding degreasing and scouring performance.

Process Application

1. Continuous Degreasing Process for Nylon in Neutral Conditions
Spandex degreasing agent XH-2313: 2–3 g/L
Emulsifying degreasing agent: 2–3 g/L
Process conditions: padding at 50–60°C; hot-water washing at 85–95°C.
2. Pre-treatment scouring and degreasing process
Spandex degreasing agent XH-2313: 1–2 g/L
Chelating dispersant: 1 g/L
Temperature/Time: 95–130°C × 30 min
Liquid caustic soda: 3–5 g/L
Hydrogen peroxide: 0–8 g/L
