Product Features
1. Buffering effect: maintains stable pH throughout the dye bath, ensures excellent reproducibility and color consistency, and reduces batch-to-batch variations.
2. pH is stably regulated, with minimal pH variation before and after processing.
3. Exhibits superior pH-adjusting performance compared with conventional glacial acetic acid.
4. From a safety perspective, it is safer than using acetic acid.

Scope of Application

It is suitable for adjusting the pH during dyeing with disperse, acid, and cationic dyes, as well as for neutralizing after alkaline bath treatment.

 

Process Application

The dosage should be determined based on the type of substrate, the amount of dye used, and the specific process requirements; a typical recommended dosage is 0.2–1 g/L.
