Ultra-soft Fabric Finishing Agent XH-4366

Product Features

2. Appearance: Colorless to slightly yellow, transparent liquid
3. Ionic nature: weak cation
4. pH (1% aqueous solution): 4.0–6.0
5. Solubility: Easily soluble in water

Scope of Application

This impregnation and pad-dry finishing process is suitable for polyester, nylon, and their blended fabrics. It delivers particularly soft hand feel and remarkable results, especially on heavyweight fabrics such as polyester, nylon, polyester-cotton blends, nylon-viscose blends, and 100% cotton, as well as on napped tights.

Process Application

1. Pad–dry–bake process: 10–40 g/L, following standard procedures.
2. Impregnation process: 1–3% (o.w.f), at room temperature, for 20–30 minutes; followed by dewatering, drying, and setting. Users are advised to adjust the specific process parameters based on trial samples.
