1. Silicone oil with a unique three-dimensional molecular structure delivers exceptional volumizing performance even at low application levels, resulting in reduced usage and cost savings.
2. Has little impact on the heat migration fastness of disperse dyes, dry rubbing fastness, and the wet rubbing fastness of reactive dyes.
3. When used in combination with smooth-finishing agents, it can meet various hand-feel requirements.
4. It exhibits excellent adsorption and penetration properties for various types of fibers, particularly nylon fibers.
5. Particularly suitable for hand-feel finishing of 100% polyester and T/R fabrics that require high colorfastness.

Scope of Application

Suitable for hand-finishing a wide range of fabrics, imparting an excellent fluffy hand feel; particularly recommended for hand-finishing high-fastness fabrics.

Process Application

It is used for fabric finishing and can be processed using conventional methods.
Pad-dyeing process: 5–30 g/L
Please adjust the specific process parameters based on trial samples.

Precautions

When used on nylon single-hole filament and heavy, thick nylon fabrics, thorough re-wetting is required after setting; this will result in a softer hand feel.
