Scope of Application

Anti-storage yellowing agent XH-4921 is used to prevent yellowing of nylon or nylon/elastane fabrics during storage, particularly suitable for fluorescent-brightened or light-colored fabrics. It can also be applied to polyester and its blended fabrics to achieve functional finishing that meets the Grade 4 anti-phenolic yellowing requirement.

Process Application

Anti-storage yellowing agent XH-4921 can be applied by dip padding or pad–roll, and may also be used in the same bath as fluorescent brighteners or dyes.
1. Dosage for the pad-dry method: 10–60 g/L; drying temperature: 110–195°C.
2. Impregnation Method
Method: One-bath nylon fluorescent whitening and anti-storage-yellowing treatment.
Anti-storage yellowing agent XH-4921: 2–4% (o.w.f)
Optical Brightener: X% (o.w.f)
Temperature/Time: 98°C × 30 min
Method 2: Anti-storage yellowing agent XH-4921: 2–4% (o.w.f.), 80°C × 20 min
