High-Temperature Yellowing-Resistant Agent XH-4923

Product Features
1. Effectively prevents yellowing caused by the oxidation of terminal amino groups during thermal setting of nylon, thereby protecting the amino groups.
2. Suitable for heat setting of greige fabrics made from synthetic or cellulosic fibers, effectively preventing yellowing during the heat-setting process.
3. Prevent yellowing of the fibers caused by impurities.
4. Extremely suitable for molded fabrics.

Scope of Application

Thermal setting treatment suitable for nylon and its blended fabrics.

Process Application

Pad–roll process: dosage of 10–30 g/L, one dip and one roll, followed by drying and setting.
Please adjust the specific process parameters based on trial samples.

Precautions

Products below 0°C may become cloudy; thaw and stir thoroughly before use. Frozen products tend to separate into layers, which can be reconstituted by stirring (and, if necessary, gentle heating).
