Raindrop Agent Process
1. Pre-treat white or light-colored garments thoroughly.
2. Adjust the color of the nano-material according to the required shade, then add 2–5% binder; for example, the following formulation:
Paint 20g
Adhesive 50g
1 liter of water
3. Soaking or localized spraying can be selected:
Soaking: Simply place the thoroughly cleaned garments into the prepared nano solution and allow them to soak until fully saturated. Then remove and use the inverter spin cycle to dehydrate them to about 40–50% dryness. Lay the garments flat on a clean surface, apply the Rain Drop Agent at a dilution ratio of 1:2 or 1:3—either by brushing it on selectively, flicking it onto specific areas, or using a spray bottle to mist it in a droplet-like pattern on targeted spots. Once the Rain Drop Agent has been applied, hang the garments on a clothes hanger and let them air for 20–30 minutes.
Local spraying: First, use variable-frequency spin-drying to reduce the moisture content of the cleaned garments to about 40–50%. Then, apply the prepared nano-formulation locally with a slightly heavier coat, and lay the garments flat on a clean surface. Dilute the rain-drop agent at a ratio of 1:2 or 1:3. You can either brush it on locally, flick it on locally, or use a spray bottle to apply it in a localized, droplet-like pattern. After applying the rain-drop agent, hang the garments on hangers and let them sit for 20–30 minutes.
