Three-in-One Low-Formaldehyde Resin ZSL500

Component	A mixture of modified dihydroxymethyl dihydroxyethylenourea, catalysts, and other components
Appearance	Pale yellow, clear and transparent liquid

	Specific gravity	At 20°C, 1.1–1.15 g/cm³, pH 4–6
	Solubility	Miscible with cold water in any proportion.
	Compatibility	ZSL500 is compatible with all products commonly used in resin finishing. It is recommended to conduct a preliminary test when using coordination compounds.
Storage property	Store this product in a dry, shaded environment at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C, in a tightly sealed container. The shelf life is at least 6 months. Once the packaging drum is opened, use the product as soon as possible; if it is not fully used, reseal it tightly.
Application	For use on cellulose fibers and their synthetic counterparts, suitable for garment finishing: The treated fabric feels soft and full, can be soaked or sprayed for application, and is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. After denim is creased and finished, followed by standard water-washing processes, the free formaldehyde content (Law112) can achieve below 25 ppm Has little or no effect on the lightfastness of dyes— The treated fabric exhibits excellent resistance to boiling-water washing and dry cleaning.

Reference Prescription
1. Stone-washed and casual denim garment soaking for a cat-ear finish
80–130 g/L: Eco-friendly Three-in-One Resin ZSL500
Or add 50–60 g/L of the strengthening agent ZYL100A (add to the “cat’s whiskers” formulation).
10–30 g/L: Fiber protectant PT (added according to fabric strength)
Soak at room temperature for 10 minutes, then spin-dry in a centrifuge. Pre-dry at 80–100°C until the fabric is about 80–90% dry, press to set the creases, and finally bake at 130–140°C for 15–25 minutes (adjust according to the fabric type and equipment).
2. Fabric processing (poplin, viscose/linen, etc.)
80–120 g/L: Eco-friendly Three-in-One Resin ZSL500
10–30 g/L: Soft Oil Concentrate ZRL636B
Impregnate and roll at room temperature, with a liquor pick-up of 70–90%; dry at 120°C, then bake at 160°C for 2 minutes.

Precautions

Since the resin reaction requires acidic catalytic conditions, it is recommended that users adjust the pH of the textile surface to a neutral range before finishing; the surface must not be made alkaline.
