Advantages

Reference process

1. Gradually heat to 50–55°C and carry out desizing for 15–25 minutes, using 200 g of resist paste (and 200–300 g of desizing enzyme or 2 kg of caustic soda).

Evenly sprinkle 500–800 g of anhydrous enzyme into the machine, run the machine in dry-milling mode for 15–30 minutes, then add water just enough to contact the bottom of the tank and let it ferment at room temperature for 15 minutes (depending on the desired flower degree, you may either perform dry milling directly or first carry out dry milling and then add a certain amount of water before fermentation and milling).

Precautions

1. If washed using a waterless stone-grinding technique, the base color may come out slightly darker; try to emphasize the shaping at the pant legs and waistband.
2. For fabrics with high colorfastness requirements or specific resist-dyeing needs, chlorination bleaching may be performed 1–2 times.
