Characteristics
Appearance: Gray-brown granular
Activity: 50,000 U/mL
Specific gravity: 0.9 ± 0.1
Advantages
1. Rapid flower formation, large flower spots, excellent base coverage, superior dye resistance, and high blue–white contrast;
2. It exhibits a broad pH and temperature compatibility range and can be formulated with a variety of surfactants.
3. Excellent surface finish, minimal damage to the material, and high reproducibility;
4. The granules have a dust-free appearance and exhibit high compatibility in formulation.
Reference Process
Enzyme dosage: 0.1–0.3 g/L
Bath ratio: 5:1–15:1 L/kg of fabric
Processing time: 10–60 minutes (depending on the process and fabric)
Operating temperature: 20–50°C; optimal temperature: 35–40°C.
pH: 5.0–8.0; optimal pH: 6.0–7.0
Inactivation: Wash for at least 10 minutes in a solution of 1–2 g/L sodium carbonate (pH ≥ 10) while heating to 80°C.

Compound
To ensure optimal performance, Granzyme SSP (SM-30) should be used in combination with a buffer and an appropriate surfactant.
Here, a standard formulation based on the following general recipe is presented, with the target dosage for end users set at 1.0–2.0 g/L.
Note: This compounded formulation is for reference only.
1. In the buffer system, sodium dihydrogen phosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate can be used as a buffer pair, or acid–base buffer pairs such as citric acid and trisodium citrate can be employed. After the final formulation is prepared, it is preferable to adjust the pH of the entire system to 6.0–6.5 by adding approximately 0.1% of the total formulation.
2. Polymers and surfactants may be used in the resist system; however, anionic surfactants should be avoided as much as possible, since these surfactants are typically liquid or paste-like and can be applied by spraying onto carriers such as kaolin, silicates, or starch to enhance the resist effect.
3. It is best to use compatible fillers in the filling system, such as sodium sulfate.
4. All components shall be thoroughly and uniformly mixed to ensure the homogeneity of the formulation. Compatibility between the additive and the particulate enzyme SSP (SM-30) shall be determined through evaluation of the water-washing performance and enzyme stability, in order to prevent any adverse effects of the additive on the enzyme.
