Performance Characteristics
1. Significantly enhances the soap wash, water wash, sweat stain, seawater, and saliva fastness of fabrics, particularly their high-temperature water immersion fastness.
2. Significant improvement in colorfastness is observed for dark-colored fabrics such as bright red, coffee, emerald blue, vibrant blue, and black.
3. Reduced color variation and excellent reproducibility
4. Has minimal impact on the fabric’s hand and hydrophilicity.
5. Does not contain free formaldehyde or bound formaldehyde.
Reference Process
1. Impregnation method:
Dosage: XH-3307: 0.2–1.0% (o.w.f., adjusted as required);
pH: 5–7
Temperature: 40–60°C
Time: 20–30 minutes
2. Pad-dyeing method:
Dosage: 2–10 g/L
Users should adjust the specific process parameters as appropriate based on the characteristics of the test samples.
