Scope of Application
1. Suitable for smoothing and softening treatments of various polyester-cotton blends, polyester-acrylic blends, and other polyester-containing blended fabrics.
2. Suitable for softening and smoothing treatments of various polyester fabrics, particularly polyester pile fabrics.
3. Suitable for softening and smoothing treatments of various woven and knitted cotton fabrics.
Application
· High-concentration product, self-emulsifying for easy use, and highly cost-effective.
· Dilute 1 part with 4–5 parts water, then use directly.
· Can be compounded with other softening agents.
· Smooth and soft finishing treatments for various fabrics.
· It can be used for softening finishes on light-colored fabrics, with no silicone staining or color variation.
· Dilution process: Taking a 1:5 dilution of crude oil as an example, first mix 20% crude oil with 20% water and stir for 15–20 minutes; then add the remaining 60% water in three portions, stirring thoroughly after each addition, before discharging the product.
Reference Process
Pad–roll process: Recommended dosage is 20–50 g/L (in diluted solution; adjust the amount up or down based on desired feel).
Impregnation process: Recommended concentration is 0.5–2% (o.w.f) (diluted solution; dosage may be increased or decreased based on desired feel).
