Characteristics
Appearance: Yellow, slightly viscous liquid

pH: 5.5–7
Stability: acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, electrolyte-resistant, heat-resistant, and centrifuge-stable.
Scope of Application
This soft, cotton-like finishing treatment is suitable for pure cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics, delivering particularly excellent results on 100% cotton denim, polyester-cotton denim, and other woven and knitted garments. It can also be used to soften and smooth cotton poplin and casual wear, enhancing their hand feel.
Application
· High-concentration standard crude oil, excellent value for money.
· Self-emulsifying, easy to use, and compatible for blending with other softening agents.
· Suitable for treating cotton and its blended fabrics; for example, it delivers excellent post-wash finishing results on denim.
· Suitable for softening finishes on light-colored fabrics, with low yellowing and excellent blue tinting.
· Dilution procedure: Taking a 1:5 dilution of crude oil as an example, first mix 20% crude oil with 20% water and stir for 15–20 minutes, then add the remaining 60% water and continue stirring.
Reference Process
Pad–roll process: Recommended dosage is 20–50 g/L (in diluted solution; adjust the amount up or down based on desired feel).
Impregnation process: Recommended concentration is 0.5–2% (o.w.f) (diluted solution; dosage can be adjusted up or down based on desired feel).
