Solubility: Miscible with cold water in any proportion.
Compatibility: Can be used in the same bath with most finishing auxiliaries.
If several products are to be used in combination, it is recommended to conduct compatibility tests first.

Storage property
Store this product in a dry, shaded environment at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C in a tightly sealed container; the shelf life is at least 9 months. Once the packaging drum is opened, use the product as soon as possible; if it is not fully used, reseal it tightly.
 

Application
· Special finishing agents for denim apparel:
· Extremely smooth feel, with a strong wet sensation
· Enhance tear strength and abrasion resistance
· Does not affect hydrophilicity after treatment; absorbs moisture rapidly.
· Enhanced brightening effect for mercerized denim

Dosage
Use at 1–3% (for spraying, dilute beforehand at a ratio of 1:4–6).

Reference Prescription
1. Denim Brightening Treatment
3–5%: XH-100
Working bath ratio: 6:1–10:1
Processing time: 5–15 minutes
Processing temperature: 20–40°C
Alternatively, dilute 1 part XH-100 with 5–10 parts water and apply by high-pressure spraying.

Precautions
It is recommended to adjust the pH of the fabric surface to neutral or slightly acidic before finishing; strongly alkaline conditions should be avoided. Typically, the pH of the softening finishing bath should be adjusted to around 5.

A smoothing and brightening agent for denim finishing; the oily, smooth formulation can be sprayed in the oven, leaving no sticky residue and providing a wet, slippery feel. High-concentration products can be diluted in any proportion and may also be used as deepening and color-enhancing agents, with excellent stability.
