Characteristics
1. Excellent ozone resistance, effectively reducing defects in fabrics caused by ozone exposure;
2. The texture feels quite fluffy and soft;
3. Exhibits good hydrophilicity;
4. Easily diluted and dissolved; simply stir at room temperature at low speed.
5. Exhibits excellent antistatic performance and can be used as an antistatic agent;
6. The diluent is stable under normal conditions in the presence of acids, bases, electrolytes, and hard water;
7. High directness, with optional treatment processes such as impregnation, padding, and spraying;
8. Does not contain AEEA and fully complies with international environmental protection standards and requirements for the textile industry.
Application
· The dilution method and operational procedure are straightforward: simply add 50–60°C hot water directly to the product at a ratio of 10% 4705M to 90% water, then stir at medium to low speed until the mixture is uniformly blended.
· 4705M can be used as an ozone-resistant finishing agent and a hydrophilic softening agent for treating apparel and other textiles.
Reference Process
Impregnation process: 1.0–3.0 g/L (10% 4705M)
The actual dosage may be appropriately increased or decreased when dealing with special fabrics or specific finishing requirements.
It can also be used as an antistatic agent; the specific dosage should be adjusted based on actual requirements and processing conditions.
