Recommended Apps
Product dilution
1. Add the product directly to room-temperature water at the desired ratio, then heat while stirring until the temperature reaches 70–80°C. Maintain this temperature and continue stirring for 30–40 minutes, or until the product is completely dissolved.
2. Stir and cool to 40–50°C or to room temperature, then filter the product, transfer it to drums, or use it directly.
1. Softening treatment:
Pad–roll process, 10% SOC-C emulsion, at 10–80 g/L;
Impregnation process: use a 10% SOC-C emulsion at 1–5% (based on the dry fabric weight).
2. Preparing fabric softener
Simply prepare a solution of the specified concentration as needed and add 0.05–0.1% fragrance.
The actual dosage may be appropriately increased or decreased when dealing with special fabrics or specific finishing requirements.
Precautions
This product is derived from purely natural oil-based chemicals; its appearance may change with ambient temperature fluctuations. At lower temperatures, its transparency decreases until it becomes completely opaque; under extremely low temperatures, the product may lose its flowability and take on a paste-like consistency. When the appearance is somewhere between transparent and opaque, localized layering may occur—this is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the product’s performance. To restore a uniform, transparent appearance, simply raise the product’s temperature slightly.
