Nature
Ingredients: Acrylic mixture
Appearance: Milky yellow, slightly translucent emulsion
pH: 8.0 ± 1.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Application
· Excellent fiber cohesion, suitable for use in resin baths to enhance fiber tear strength;
· The fibrous fabric does not yellow after high-temperature treatment;
· Exhibits excellent emulsification stability and outstanding compatibility with resins, catalysts, and other additives;
· Easily disperses in cold water, making it extremely convenient to use.
Recommended dosage:
1. When used alone, the typical dosage is 20–150 g/L in the working solution.
Soak at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then drain and dry.
2. When used in combination with resins, the typical dosage is 30–120 g/L of the working solution.
Note: Increasing the dosage will affect the feel of the fiber, making it slightly stiffer.
