Performance Features
1. Imparting durable moisture-absorption and sweat-wicking properties, antistatic performance, and easy-cleanability to polyester, nylon, cotton, and their blended fibers.
2. Exhibits excellent water dispersibility, stability, and compatibility, and can be formulated with other nonionic and anionic auxiliaries.
3. Exhibits excellent stain-removal performance on polyester, nylon, cotton, and their blended fibers.
4. It imparts to fabrics a durable, wash-resistant plush, soft, and resilient texture, resulting in a comfortable, full hand feel as well as excellent breathability and wrinkle resistance.

5. Convenient to use; suitable for both pad-dyeing and dip-dyeing processes.

Scope of Application

Suitable for moisture-wicking and sweat-transporting finishing of polyester, nylon, polypropylene, cotton, and their blended fibers.

How to use
It can be used in both the dip-dyeing and pad-dyeing processes.
I. Dyeing: 1–4% (based on fabric weight)
First, add X45001 to the dyeing vat and run at 40°C for 10 minutes. Then adjust the pH to 5 with acetic acid, raise the temperature to 50°C, add the dye, and continue running at 50°C for another 10 minutes. Finally, increase the temperature for the dyeing process, maintaining it within the range of 110–135°C.
II. Pad-dyeing: 10–30 g/L

Attention
1. The heat-setting temperature shall be controlled within the range of 145–185°C.
2. The pH of the dye bath or padding liquor shall be maintained within the range of 4–9.
3. Add when the temperature is controlled below 45°C.

It imparts durable hydrophilic, quick-drying, antistatic, and easy-to-clean properties to the fabric, while also providing a certain level of wash resistance after finishing.
