Performance Features

3. Excellent stability, with minimal impact from residues from preceding processes, dyes, and blending auxiliaries, ensuring smooth and continuous processing.
Application Process
Immersion and padding → Drying (under normal conditions) → Baking (160°C–180°C, 30–90 seconds).
For other additives such as resins and softeners used in the same bath, compatibility tests must be conducted in advance; otherwise, the water-repellent performance and the stability of the working solution may be compromised. Users are advised to adjust the specific process parameters based on trial samples.
Typical formulation
General waterproof finishing
ECO WS-200 Water Repellent: 20–50 g/L
Note: It is recommended to conduct preliminary trials to evaluate the effects of the formulated recipe on color and fabric performance.
Product Features
Appearance: White to beige emulsion
Ionic character: weak cation
pH: 2–5
Solubility: Miscible with water in any proportion at room temperature.
