Overseas Installation

A series of online training sessions for rapid installation and commissioning; comprehensive manuals, operating instructions, and instructional videos are provided. To date, we have guided more than 100 customers through the online completion of equipment installation.

Operational Training

We are responsible for providing training on machine operation and maintenance to the relevant personnel. Our operational training is provided free of charge; you are only required to cover the travel, accommodation, and meal expenses for our engineers.

Warranty

Parts are covered by a 12-month warranty. Should any issues arise, our engineers will provide efficient, high-quality solutions. In addition, we offer free remote system update services.

After-sales service
