Dechlorination and Deodorization Agent EXS RCA

Introduction
Composition: Multi-component compound
Appearance: White or slightly yellow crystalline powder
pH: 4.5–5 (1% aqueous solution)
Storage: The dechlorination and odor-removal agent RCA should be stored in a sealed container at temperatures between 0 and 35°C. The shelf life of this product is 12 months. Once opened, it should be used up as soon as possible; if not all of it is used, the container must be tightly resealed.

Product Features
The dechlorination and odor-removal agent RCA is specifically designed to eliminate residual chlorine in bleaching processes. Even small doses deliver outstanding dechlorination performance and effectively neutralize odors.

Application
1. RCA demonstrates significant efficacy in removing residual chlorine following chlorination-based bleaching (bleach and sub-bleach agents).
2. RCA is easy to use, environmentally friendly, harmless to humans, and highly effective at eliminating odors.
3. RCA is non-foaming and can replace sodium metabisulfite for neutralizing and cleaning PP; adding an appropriate amount of acid can enhance the neutralization effect on PP.

Reference Prescription
A Clothes that have been chlorine-bleached:
Dechlorination and deodorization agent RCA: 0.2–0.6 g/L
Run the machine at room temperature for 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
B Neutralization with PP
Dechlorination and deodorization agent RCA: 1–2 g/L
Solid acid AMD: 0.5 g/L
Run the machine at room temperature for 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
C Remove odors
Dechlorination and deodorization agent RCA: 1.5–2 g/L
Run the machine at room temperature for 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Precautions
1. RCA must not be directly mixed with high-concentration hydrogen peroxide or chlorine-based bleach to prevent splashing.
2. RCA must not come into direct contact with oxidizers, strong acids, or strong bases.
3. Please seal the container tightly after using RCA.
