Product Features
1. Prevent discoloration and fading of metal copper zippers (or metal hooks).
2. Can be used in the same bath as desizing, dyeing, and enzymatic washing;
3. Stable in various electrolytes and resistant to acids, bases, and oxidizing agents.

Reference Process

1. Separate pre-treatment process:
Copper zipper protector: 1–2 g/L
Time: 15–20 minutes
2. Co-bath simultaneous treatment process:
Copper zipper protector: 1–2 g/L
Temperature and time shall be determined in accordance with other processing procedures.

Precautions

1) For apparel containing metal copper zippers, when the garments are washed separately, simply add a copper-zipper protective agent during the wash. When processing together with other finishing agents in the same bath, the copper-zipper protective agent must be added first; after ensuring it is evenly distributed for a few minutes, the other auxiliaries may then be added for subsequent treatment.
2) This product should be avoided from direct contact with strong acids; it may be diluted and added to the working solution for simultaneous treatment.
