Performance and Applications
1. Enhances the dry and wet rubbing performance of fabrics such as active, reduced, and sulfurized textiles.
2. Low-temperature crosslinking: film formation occurs at temperatures above 80°C, delivering excellent dry and wet rubbing performance.
4. Soft hand feel and reduced color change, with a significant improvement in dry and wet rubbing fastness; for dark-colored fabrics, wet rubbing fastness can be improved by 1–2 grades.
5. Highly concentrated product with excellent cost-effectiveness; suitable for both blue and black cattle, delivering particularly remarkable results on black cattle.

Application
1. Impregnation Method
Dosage: Dry and wet rubbing fastness enhancer: 2–5% (o.w.f.) (adjust according to shade depth); glacial acetic acid to adjust pH to 5; liquor ratio: 1:10–20.
Process: Dyed fabric (pH ≤ 7) → Impregnation (temperature: 30°C, time: 20–30 min) → Drying (80–105°C)

Precautions
1. Do not heat the formulation; soft water is recommended for dissolving the ingredients. The prepared working solution should be a semi-transparent emulsion at around 25°C; use immediately after preparation.
2. Must be used under low-temperature conditions; the working fluid must not be heated.
3. When used before the setting machine, the dye liquor should be pre-dissolved in a high-level tank and kept under continuous agitation; it is recommended to equip the dye tank with an air-bubbling device to prevent precipitates from forming in the color-fixing agent during operation; furthermore, the fabric must be allowed to cool before being fed into the setting machine.
4. When used in a dye vat, the dye must be fully dissolved before addition, and the working solution should be kept in good circulation.
