2. During the washing process, prevent the spandex elastic filament from separating and slipping off the cover yarn.

Denim water-washing anti-shrinkage process:
Desizing: a certain amount of alkali oil
Several portions of resist powder
Spandex protectant: 0.5–1.5 g/L
50℃ × 15–20 min
Enzyme washing: Spandex protective agent for enzyme washing: 0.5 g/L
Other additives are added as usual.
Rinsing: Caustic soda: 0.5–1 g/L (add only when performing heavy rinsing)
Spandex protectant: 0.5–1.5 g/L
