Ingredient: Hydroxylamine derivative

Application
1. Concentrated reducing agent;
2. Rapid removal of manganese dioxide formed during the potassium permanganate bleaching process;
3. Remove the color from the bleach;
4. Easily soluble at 20°C with high efficiency;
5. It can also be used to remove residual chlorine after hypochlorite bleaching.
Reference Process
Manganese Clean is a highly effective bleaching agent that produces several distinctive effects on indigo-dyed fabrics. The bleaching can be carried out in a washing machine or by localized jetting. The manganese dioxide formed during the bleaching process can be removed. Manganese Clean is also used to completely eliminate residual manganese dioxide and leftover potassium permanganate in finished garments, which may result from the bleaching process and jetting. In the bleaching bath, Manganese Clean removes color from both the bath solution and the effluent.
Recommended Formula
Manganese Lijing can be used in cold-water baths. The pH can be automatically adjusted:
Bath ratio: 10:1–15:1
Manganese Lijing: 0.15–1.0 g/L
Temperature: 20–40°C
Processing time: 10–15 minutes
