II. Scope of Services

Customer Process
Normal softening: 2–4 kg; for composite fabrics: about 4 kg; cotton-feel agent at room temperature for 3 minutes.
Fiber-Softening Compound Softener Process
For the spring collection, fabrics are blended and compounded using 10% XH-4337A, 10% XH-4336A, and 10% X42001.
The composite fabric is prepared by blending and mixing 17% XH-4337A, 7% XH-4336A, and 5% X42001.
Softened the water using the same dosage as the customer.
III. Experimental Results:
Previously, the customer used a standard spring-season softener; however, when processing composite fabrics or other special fabrics, the softening effect was often insufficient. As a result, the softener had to be frequently changed to address this issue, leading to inconsistent hand feel across product batches.
Currently, we are using three high-concentration raw materials supplied by our company for formulation. The softener formulated according to the provided recipe delivers a softer hand feel than the customer’s existing product, exhibits minimal color change, does not compromise colorfastness, and reduces costs by more than RMB 1 per kilogram, thereby lowering the expense associated with excessive softening. For fabrics that are difficult to soften, we offer tailored formulation ratios rather than simply switching to a different softener.
IV. Feedback
The customer has continuously chosen a ternary formulation from our company and has been using it steadily for more than two years, effectively addressing the challenges posed by the diverse fabrics and complex manufacturing processes typical of denim and children’s apparel in the Huzhou region.
