Customer Process
1. Fabric turning → Steam smoothing → Pre-setting → Fiber opening → Dyeing → Reduction washing → Dehairing → Dyeing → Width setting → Width setting (dehairing) → Drying → Final setting → Pounding → Inspection → Packing
Experimental results: The customer requires a fiber-opening and sand-prevention washing process that produces a smooth, clean fabric surface with a soft hand feel and strong nap. During the fiber-opening step, fiber-opening agent XH-2201 is used to first perform acid-based fiber opening, causing the modal fibers to undergo primary fibrillation and resulting in nap of varying lengths. Subsequently, polishing enzyme XH-1218 is applied for polishing treatment to reduce the nap to a uniform consistency.
