II. Scope of Services
Sample: Anhydrous Enzyme XH-1475
Customer Process
1. Desizing: Apply anti-staining paste at 100–200 g for 5 minutes at 50°C, followed by washing with 250 g of laundry detergent.
2. Passing water
3. Enzyme solution 400 g, enzyme powder 400 g, dye-resistant paste 100 g, laundry detergent 250 g, at room temperature for 20 minutes.
4. Passing through water
Fiber-based anhydrous dry grinding process
1. Desizing: 2 kg of caustic soda, 200 g of resist paste, 55°C for 25 minutes.
2. Passing water
3. Add 500 g of enzyme powder and 200 g of dye-blocking paste; after dry milling for 30 minutes, add water until the liquid just covers the tank, then ferment at room temperature for 15 minutes.
4. Passing through water
5. Use 20–20 g of sodium hypochlorite per batch; add 2–4 kg of caustic soda to the chlorine bleach solution, and treat at 60°C for 15 minutes.
6. Passing through water
7. Repeat the second rinsing process.
8. Passing through water
9. Hydrogen peroxide bleaching
10. Enzyme solution 200 g, depilatory cream at room temperature for 5 minutes, dye-resistant cream 15 g
11. Passing through water
Experimental results: The customer used anhydrous enzyme dry milling and low-water-level enzyme treatment, which reduced water consumption during the enzyme wash. The finished product’s flower pattern quality was consistent with that achieved using conventional dye-blocking and standard enzyme milling, and no stones were used.

III. Feedback
The customer subsequently selected XH-1475 for full-scale production, and the same process has since been replicated and adopted by multiple sand-washing plants in Huzhou.

A Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang Province

The customer employs an open-fiber, sand-prevention washing process that demands a smooth, clean fabric surface with a soft hand and strong nap. During the open-fiber step, open-fiber agent XH-2201 is used to first perform acid-based fiber opening, causing the modal fibers to undergo primary fibrillation and resulting in nap of varying lengths. Subsequently, polishing enzyme XH-1218 is applied for polishing treatment to reduce the nap to a uniform consistency.
