Polyester-cotton Soft and Smooth Silicone Oil SOC-A
Polyester-cotton softening silicone oil is a novel silicone formulation featuring multiple functional groups, which effectively addresses the poor stability of conventional amino-modified silicones. It is ideally suited for imparting a soft, smooth, and silky hand to cotton, polyester, wool, acrylic, and blended fabrics, delivering exceptional softness, slipperiness, fine texture, and a lively, dynamic feel—all at an outstanding cost-performance ratio and with broad compatibility across polyester-cotton blends.
It is used in various fabric finishing and setting processes to impart a hydrophilic, soft hand. It enhances the wearing comfort of fabrics and ensures uniform pile color in dyed or printed polyester corduroy, chenille, blankets, and other pile fabrics, while significantly reducing the “reverse-pile” phenomenon. It also improves antistatic properties, delivering excellent and long-lasting antistatic performance.
High-Stability Hydrophilic Silicone Oil XH-4344A
High-stability hydrophilic silicone oil XH-4344A is a specially quaternary-ammonium-modified triblock end-capped silicone oil. Its novel molecular structure imparts excellent rapid hydrophilicity to fabrics, resulting in a soft, smooth, and supple hand feel, making it ideal for hand-finishing treatments on cotton, viscose, and blended fabrics.
Fluffy Softener is a high-concentration softening agent. It imparts a fluffy, plush, and lively hand feel, making it ideally suited for cotton and polyester-blend fabrics that require a soft, airy texture.
SOC-D instant softening sheet is a high-grade fatty amide-modified polymer, ideally suited for softening finishes on a wide range of textiles. It delivers exceptional softness and smooth glide to cotton, linen, synthetic fibers, and their blended fabrics, thereby enhancing the added value of the finished textiles. Compared with conventional softening sheets, SOC-D requires lower dosages while providing a superior hand feel.
Soft Block Silicone Oil XH-4330
Soft, segmented silicone oil is a silicone emulsion formulated by emulsifying a ternary copolymer segmented silicone oil. It offers a soft, non-greasy feel with a strong cotton-like texture, distinctly emphasizing softness and a cottony touch compared with conventional segmented silicone oils.
Deoxygenase XH-1926 is an industrial-grade enzyme preparation produced by deep fermentation of genetically modified Aspergillus niger. It is primarily used for biological decontamination following oxygen bleaching in textile dyeing and printing plants, effectively addressing the issue of “color mottling” caused by residual hydrogen peroxide that interferes with dyeing. This enzyme rapidly decomposes hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen, exhibiting high specificity—acting exclusively on hydrogen peroxide while having no adverse effects on fabrics or dyes. The standard product has an activity of 50,000 U/mL.
Traditional scouring employs large quantities of caustic soda and other chemical agents, which not only damage the fibers but also pose environmental hazards. The drawbacks of conventional scouring include the use of chemicals, the need for multiple rinsing steps, the resulting burden on wastewater treatment, and the detrimental effects on the fabric itself. “Biological scouring” is an enzymatic process that is gentler than traditional scouring. This product is a formulated blend of multiple enzyme preparations, with alkaline pectinase as the primary component. Research has shown that pectin acts like a glue, binding impurities such as cotton wax to the cotton fibers; however, these can be degraded by alkaline pectin lyase, making it easier to remove residual wax during subsequent hot-water washing.
